A’Takamul News

21 January 2018

The staff, particularly those in Middle and High School were engaged in a PD on what Peer observation might look like in classrooms at A’Takamul. They discussed the importance of them  but most importantly,  the benefits to them as teachers that can be passed on to our students.

The level of engagement amongst the staff was fantastic and the comments and questions were a reflection of their professionalism. The most important message to come from the workshop was that peer observation is about collaboration, sharing, development and growth, and above all team work and trust.
